to my website! My name is Alison Muir.
I live in Scotland with my husband Scott and my two sons Gary and David.
We have owned Rhodesian Ridgeback's for 20 years, and only keep males.
My introduction to the breed was an adult Rhodesian Ridgeback I saw when
I was 18 years old. I made up my mind that I was going to own this breed
one day when my circumstances were right.
My present dogs are Dempsey,Boston and Dodge.Dempsey was a pick of litter puppy from Yvonne and Gordon Barrie in Scotland. He has proven to be a fantastic dog in all aspects and has gained his stud book number from very limited showing, and at open shows, has won several group ones and numerous best of breeds. His temperament is excellent and can best be described as brave without aggression, his only failing being his love of the opposite sex, this includes humans as well as dogs, as most ridgeback people in Scotland will vouch for, as they try and untangle him from their trouser leg.
